What's your nightstand gun?

my edc gun is also my nightstand gun, SW Shield 9mm with 7+1
Spare mag loaded in same place every night 8+1

I put 100 rounds through it a week. All I can afford right to shoot right now.
 
It varies as I do rotate a few in and out.

My normal to go night stand pistol is a plain Jane black P220 .45 with night sights and slim grips. I keep one in the chamber, full mag, and a spare mag ready to go.

At other time I will have model 19 S&W .357, Sar K2 .45, FNP-45, 1911, or what ever else strikes my fancy.

Also I have a 12 gauge shotgun close by loaded with 00 buck.
 
The same gun I carry on me when I'm awake. If its not on me, then I'm sleeping and it is in my nightstand. If I'm awake, it is on me.

Ruger Sp101 loaded with 38 specials. Next to it a flash light and a safariland speed loader for 5 more shots.

I do have a Mossberg 12 gauge loaded and ready to go in my closet safe, but in all reality, if I'm awakened from a dead sleep.. I don't know if I would have time to get to the closet and get the safe open in time. I think the shotgun is more of a SHTF type thing where I had atleast a bit of warning before all hell broke loose.
 
Lots of great robbing material in here since it all seems to be in the most obvious place for a gun

All my guns get locked up when I leave the house. It's actually a law in my state, but even if it wasn't they would get locked up anyway. I cant afford to replace stolen guns, well I guess I could but I would rather put that money towards new guns :D.
