Whats your favorite handgun caliber?

fav cal

All the modern popular (.17, .22, .223, .9, .38, .4, .45 etc.) are good for different purposes and reasons. It would be very hard to say what my favorite is. If I am just our to plinker around .22 long rifle is my fav. If I am shooting short range handgun target then I like several cal. Long range varmint - 22-250 is excellant.

Don't think there is a right answer on this.

.357 Magnum...

...'cause that's all I have for now. The main disadvantage IMO of said caliber is the fact that it's LOUD!

Just plinking for fun 7.62X25. Easy recoil, Big BANG, even BIGGER Muzzle Flash, and quite accurate in CZ 52, and TT33.
PD 40 S&W or 45 ACP
Lots of practice 22 Rimfire
Deer Hunting 44 Mag I carry a 7mm Mag rifle, so I use the old Super Blackhawk for anything close to my stand.

.32 S&W Long

Hahahahaha . . . no, really, gotta be the .22 Long Rifle. Shoot 500 rounds for the cost of one box of .45 acp.

Because of the cost and availability I like 9mm and 22LR. I just shoot the 40SW and 45 ACP enought to stay sharp but most of my shooting these days is 22LR in revolvers and semi auto's.
