10mm, very versatile caliber.

10mm is also my favorite socket wrench size as it is the most common size nut on my motorcycle.

.45 ACP for my Semi-Auto needs, and .357/.38 for my revolver needs. .357sig come in a close second for the semi-auto.

I'd have to say .45 acp followed by .40s&w in semi-auto
357 magnum followed by 500 mag.
