Whats your favorite handgun caliber?

It is hard to say, but if I went with the caliber of most of the guns I have bought, it would be 9mm. Plus I shoot it well.

My personal favorite is .38 Special, especially when in the 158gr LRN flavor:D
What's your favorite size of socket wrench?
18mm because no matter what they do; the cheap wrench companies never want to make an 18mm wrench :p

I've been through all the macho calibres years ago, so these days and while puching paper holes, its all 9mm and 22lr(in the bulk packs).

If i have a T-rex in my yard, i go for the .454 casull.

The .357 Mag. wins hands down, as it serves so many masters so well. From 110Gr. light loads to real deal .158Gr. loads.

Happy Holidays and safe shooting all!

.40S&W but only from a full size pistol. I'm a Glocker so G22.

Put a G27 in my hand and I HATE .40S&W.

But granted I have the right gun, .40, hands down.

357sig Right Now

As time Passes my love of a certain caliber waxes and wains.
Right now my fancy is the 357 sig. My 686 sits in the cabinet,
while my G24 with a 357 sig, Lone wolf, 6inch barrel, is the apple
of my eye. For my Christmas present that I really want, a 357 sig
barrel for my P229 is speeding its way towards as I write. The
sugar plum fairy's are sprinkling their dust this Christmas eve,
and a vision of a 44 mag is there, just in case I need to bust a
cap in Smokey's ass during a mountain camping excursion.
Merry Christmas all.

If I had to choose one, God forbid, then it would have to be the 44 magnum. It is about the maximum I think I can shoot consistantly without flinching everytime. My revolvers in this caliber are very accurate and fun and you can take close up big game with it. I have shot small game too with it so for all around use how can you beat it. The 41 magnum would be my second choice dong the exact same job followed closely by the 45 colt with handloads.
