Technically, since airguns are considered firearms by the State of Michigan, that honor would go to my old Crosman 1377C. The best shot I ever made was with that gun; a hip shot that dropped a blue jay at 30 yards. Wonderful luck.
The first "real" handgun I purchased was a Taurus Model 85. I had to send it back after a couple of boxes of ammo, as the cylinder was binding.
