9mm, 40S&W, 45ACP

My edc is 9mm but also the 38/357 is my out in the woods carry,I have a plated neck so recoil is a factor so these 3 calipers work best for pain management.

Mid 50's....

Tom Gresham of Gun Talk Radio routinely declares his love for 1911s in 9mm. I haven't tried it but as soon as I hear that someone local has one, you'd better believe I'll be asking.
 
I'm 58 and have a carry gun for diff. occasions. Sometimes a 9mm or .40, maybe my .45acp and sometimes my .45 Colt.
 
57 and my 9s get more use than my .45. Never had any use for the .40. If I want a big gun, I take the .45, if I need a little gun, it's the 9. My BHP has been my HD gun for several decades.
 
33 here, my current EDC is my SR1911 CMD in 45, i have a S&W in 9mm, but it's more of a range toy than a EDC, my alt. EDC is my XD357 in 357sig, and if/when i find another shoulder holster for my Ruger Security-Six 4" 357mag, it will be a a alt. EDC as well.
 
Without a doubt I prefer the .45. I do have a couple of very fine 9mm, and really like the round in almost .380 size handguns. I am 52.

I don't really care for the .40.

I'm 53 and until a week ago I had no real preference. I picked up Sig Equinox and found that I really enjoy shooting it, so much so that it will become my carry.
 
I have a 9mm on my nightstand (G17), two M&P's in my carry rotation (9mm and .40S&W), and target pistols in .45ACP. I like them all, and might someday have a .45 as my HD pistol.

I also have pistols in 22LR, .38 Spl, .357 Mag, .41 Mag, .44 Mag, .45LC, .454 Casull...crap I might have forgot something.

The big ones that I am missing are .357 Sig and 10mm. Guess I'll have to scratch that itch sometime.

I'm 35 by the way.
