I only have one, but I really like it for a warm up tool at the range, it's my little Beretta Bobcat 22. It has paid for it self a few times over, and will in the future.

The Colt Woodsman Target pistol my Father in Law gave me. He has passed on now but the Colt will probably make a few more generations.

My Ruger mk2.

Mine has a 4inch barrel and i have an integral suppressor fitted and the front sight is mounted way up front which gives me a nice long sight radius.

On range days i just hand it to my wife while i practice with the centrefires. Its impossible to get it back from her, sometimes i have to beg her to fire off a few.

There was a time i used to carry it in my briefcase and fired a few hundred rounds at the indoor range between appointments.

I cannot imagine what the round count is, maybe close to hundred thousand?

The other 22 i am very fond of is the little Beretta mod71

I guess, since I only have one. Browning Buckmark, its my fav right now. I have had several Ruger Mk II, Really liked my pre warning new model single six, but it was stolen. I'm now looking for another one.

I have owned most and there is nothing better than the S&W 41. Those who have shot them, know and those who have not, are in for a new experience. Then again, shot for shot, the Contender is up there in performance and reliability.

1) S&W 41; 5" & 7" barrel.
2) Contender Super-14
3) The Ruger MK-Family; 10" barrel
4) Berreta

As for .22's, I'll have to say that I like my Beretta model 89 and my model 102 as favorites on the range and displayed in the safe. :p

Not so fast!

And then there are the Hammerli 208's, the Walthers, Feinwerkbaus, the Pardini's, etc. that in a totally different class.
Baikal IZH, Sig trailside.

Absolutely and speaks for the old saying; "You get what you pay for."
I would agree that it is not fiar to compare these to the Buckmarks or equal.

So i've came to the conclusion that I like my Kadet more than any other .22 i've shot. I've never shot a S&W 41 or .22 1911 but my CZ is the stuff.

My favorite 22 is a Phoenix 22a. Cheap semi auto pocket gun that's fun to shoot
and eats any 22 ammo. Small enough you can carry it in your pocket to the range or for a walk in the woods. You don't need a spend big bucks to have reliable fun with a 22 pistol IMO.

Hello midlandwalther,,,

I just bought a CZ Kadet last month,,,
I too am loving mine.

I want to use it for Rimfire Steel Challenge matches,,,
But I am having trouble finding extra mags for it.

They are out of stock at CZ-USA,,,
As well as every other place I can find on the web.

What I like about it is that it is exactly the same feel as my CZ-75B,,,
It's a real handgun that just happens to be chambered for .22 LR

My favorite .22 is still Didi,,,
My Model 18 S&W Combat Masterpiece,,,
But Mala Sestra (the Kadet) is running a close second.

Ruger MKII Bullbarrel. Built like an Abrams tank, and I would pit their
accuracy against pistols costing 5 or 6 times as much.

I have too much respect for the Ruger MK-Family to argue with you. If you ever get a chance, shoot a Smith 41 and you will have an "Additional" appreciation. .... ;)

Internally suppressed Ruger 22/45 with aluminum alloy upper.

Sounds like a pellet gun, feels like a toy gun its so light, and shoots small groups with no recoil.
