The Best 9MM pistol

For me it is my Lugers. After I load the magazines many times shooting them with their wonderful sights, then take them home when my thumb is sore (German officers must have ordered grunts to load the mags), and then field strip, clean, and lubricate them, I have a new found appreciation for just about any other pistol in any caliber.

Of the guns I own, hands down, my Walther PPQ M2. I have a G19 and G34 and like them both, but I don't connect with them the same as with the Walther.

What is it that everyone likes about the Sig 226? I own a MK25 Navy and have just never been inspired by it. I shoot it pretty well, but have not ever gotten used to the long trigger pull and reset on it.

The Sig's appeal, generally speaking, is that it's very tough and very reliable. Like the Beretta 92 or fullsize Glock, you can beat the crap out of it and it'll run all day.

No doubt

Walther P88 hands down the best 9mm ever and the Walther PP best 9mm Kurz and one of the best hand guns ever made.

Best feeling, that I own. Beretta 92family
No.2, FEG P9RK
Most accurate...........get ready...........wait...............wait.........you're not gonna like this............wait.........Hi-Point C9!

My preference is based on the 10 or so 9mm handguns I tried at the range I go to while trying to decide what to buy. I came close to buying the Beretta 92FS and the Sig P226 , but a guy at the range let me try out his CZ 75BD, which fit my hand much better than the Beretta and was several hundred dollars less than the Sig. I ended up buying the CZ and enjoying it very much - so much so that I bought a P-01 without even shooting it and I actually find that I shoot that one more accurately. I'm now a die hard CZ fan, particularly for the money.
