QUICK! Grab Your Nearest Gun

Right now (1822 Saturday); NAA Guardian .32ACP clipped to my belt in a Case Logic phone holster.

Just been to the range to try out my new (to me) Henry .22 lever action. Wouldn't work: Ejected cartridges not even marked. Then, to add further insult, the thing locked up. Took it back to my LPS (Local Pawn Shop) and got a refund.

Good time at the range anyway; got to shoot my new (to me) Mini-14.

I'd like it to be my LCP, because I've mis-placed it. My wife has always said I have too many guns and I guess this proves it. The nearest gun that I know of is my XD 45.

Wow, do you mean actually lost-it? That sucks (I am always super-careful verging on paranoid about losing my handguns). No doubt it would result in severe nausea at the very least...

I lose knock about handguns all the time. I find them in seat cushions, down in the shop, sitting on my tractor and even in my dresser.

I keep close check on my self defense pistols though. Either with me or within reach.:D
 
Ruger SP101 38 special with hollow point handloads. Tuned and polished with lighter springs installed so the trigger pulls smoothly.
 
3" SP101 in the cylinder desk across the living room.

There are a number of others in the same desk, but I think the Ruger is closest.

And, I too have a gun or two that I can't find, including a Ruger carbine!

It would be fun (for the rest of us, I mean) if someone with more time than I have would do a survey of the answers so far. It would be interesting to see the stats.

Springfield G.I. Micro Compact, 3", .45 Auto............it is sitting in the holster attached to me right now.

Next closest would be an SKS and Moisin Nagant (M44) about 5' behind me in the closet........too many firearms to fit them all in the safe right now :(

Theres an ol' Ruger Bearcat with 5 of those Aguila 60 grainers in it sittin on the couch close by. An odd choice, but those 60 grain slow movin things make an interesting wound in stuff.
 
I'm chillin in my office, where ALL of my guns lay down their heads. My closest one is my old Security Six with some snake shot in it....:)
