The first handgun that was given to me was a S&W M28-2 Highway Patrolman

and the first I bought for myself was a PA-63.

My first handgun was an Iver Johnson .22 revolver ( Cadet I think ). It was so out of time, anyone standing close got hit with shaved bits of lead, but it was mine, about 1956.

Ruger Mk. II Target

purchased lightly used in 1997, the day I turned 21. It didn't have the red dot sight or Hogue grips in those days. Many thousands of trouble-free rounds later, here she is:

I still have my first, a CZ-52, bought it in 2003. It's the black parkerized one on the bottom:

Obviously I like it, since I later bought 2 more. I added the custom grips to all of them.
