mouse guns, whose got one?

If I'm home or shopping in my town -- and especially if it's summer -- I pocket carry an NAA Pug, sweet little .22mag ... If we leave for other areas, I move up to a PM9 -- in the summer -- or a belt carry XDs in .45 in the winter ... been mulling the purchase of a .380 for weight and to carry a bigger round in the summer.

Got an old early 60's Bauer copy of the 1903 Colt .25 ACP pocket pistol. For what it is, it ain't a bad little gun. I carry it when mowing the yard or working in the garden. More of a snake/rodent gun.

I tell you what, I fired the new Glock 42 .380

Best shooting little gun I've shot. I could shoot a squirrels eyes out at 20yds with that little bastard. .380 is as small as I would go for a defensive firearm, i really want that gloxk but it is expensive for a piece of plastic

During the hot summer months, or else when I'm with polite company a Kahr P380 usually fills the bill. It's been running a lot better since I discovered the mag follower mod posted over on the Kahrtalk forum.

Cool I learned something, and stand corrected. The little Bauer is based on the "Baby Browning". Now here is a question. Will Baby Browning mags work in the Bauer?

I have 3

H&R 930 22lr
H&R 733 32S&W
Erma PPK look alike 22lr

Used mostly on varmints and snakes.

Beretta Bobcat 22 LR. I killed one rat (pregnant) and one squirrel. The rat was in my cellar and the squirrel was feasting in my garden. If squirrels beg at my door, which they have, I'd give them food. However I don't run a self service food center. Backstrap on the squirrels are the best part. No, I didn't try the preggers rat.

I have a p238 and a Glock 42, covering two big types of pistol depending on what I feel like shoving in my pocket at the time. I love them both for different reasons.

Bauer 25, Beretta 950, Beretta model 20, 2 Beretta model 21's ,NAA revolver in 22 mag&LR .Several P-32's and P3AT. Astra cub 22short.

I got to hold a P238 tonight at Palmetto State Armory and all I can say is WOW. Expensive little buggers but still WOW

I carry an M&P shield every day, & have a Sig P238 for when the Shield is a bit too big. the Sig P238 "Sports 12" version wasn't too bad for around $450. it also comes with the hogue grip, an extended & a normal mag, Truglo TFO front sight, & Sig-lite rear sight. awesome deal, great little gun. I can shoot it accurately more quickly than I can my shield...

I have a Kahr P380, but I have very little in the way of positive things to say about it, unfortunately -- other than the fact that I really enjoyed shooting it when it functioned properly between round ~150 and round ~275, before ultimately developing virtually every problem a semi-auto can have over the next few hundred.

I don't know why I haven't given up yet, but it's going back to Kahr for the fifth time soon. I sure do love the gun in theory.

I frequently carry a Taurus PT-22 or an Iver Johnson TP-22.

In the past I've carried an S&W .32 Long, and I also have .32 ACP, but I don't carry that one much.

Why?

Because it's what I choose to carry at that particular time.

I got excited after testing some new .25 acp handloads last weekend. I was using the new 35gr Gold Dot and was getting not only great accurracy but averaging around 1000fps out of my Raven P25. I think modern ammo makes them much less of the joke they once were.

A mouse gun to the face or head would probably feel like a sledge hammer. At least much more effective than a fist, I would assume.

Handloading and Raven should not be used in the same sentence.
The Raven is made of zinc. Zinc has no "give" - it simply breaks. Be very careful.

Yeah, I took my wife to the LGS to look at an LCP and she came home with a P238. After I went home for more money.

But, you know, if mamma ain't happy . . .

Fine little pistol, though. She has good taste, I have to give her that.
