Made in the USA.... or not.

I buy what I like. I couldn't care less what country it comes from as long as the quality and price is right.
Some American gun companies have done more to screw over gun owners than any foreign one ever has....S&W, Ruger, Colt.... Not saying that I wouldn't buy any of their products. I either have or plan to, but the "buy American" thing isn't what it used to be.
At least foreign companies are happy to accept my money in exchange for what I want.

Like I said, if our military or Government (what ever) doesnt care who makes the equipment that they send our boys into battle with, I would be a fool to care.
 
I know folks have said that the Springfield's are made in Brazil, does that mean every model? Is at least some portion of the product made or assembled by American workers? I'm looking at the GI 1911 and the 1911 Mil-Spec specifically. Thanks!
