It was delicious, it tasted a lot like the Quail that he had obviously been eating. Venison tenderloin rolled in pepper and cooked on a hot grill is REALLY hard to beat though. AJ

Small Butter fried venison steaks with eggs and fried potatoes for breakfast.... (meat has to be processed right for steaks to be tender) Tenderized rabbit cooked slow over coals with pinto beans on the side and homemade white bread.... Diced rabbit, quail, and dove cooked together into a stew with dumplings baked over the top.... Just a few...I love to cook wild game...
