Anyone actually eat one of these?

Sorry, but I think I better pass on the comments concerning Texas women and pink pigs. I think the conversation could only go downhill from here and end up comparing pigs to Missouri mules and which shades of lipsticks they would prefer.
 
As a side note but still related, I've had good luck finding high dollar professional butcher knives and chefs knives at goodwill and Salvation Army.
I found one worth 200$

Mixed in and you have to dig...

But would be great for cutting up gnarly old hogs
 
rickyrick..I actually picked up a homemade butcher knife at our local swap meet for a couple bucks and it's turned out to be the best hog butchering tool I have found so far. I probably have a couple dozen good knives around here, and that old beat up thing just out performs then all.
