You mean people would actually buy a .40 S&W in a gun other than a P-229?

Just kidding!

Take care,

The HK USP/C .40, Glock 23 and Sig Sauer P229 are all excellent .40 caliber pistols and I happily chose the Glock.

The End.:)

My list would go:

Browning P-35 = most accurate .40 I've fired
Steyr M-40 = the most ergonomic
Sig P229 = best built
HK USP40 = Love the .45 can't see the .40 being too bad

I've owned Glock 22 and 24C, a BHP, and a S&W TSW.

My favorite ( which I still have) is the CZ40B. Also the least expensive.

I would like to have the S&W back, though.

Off on a tangent here, pardon but I have to know. This probably should deserve a new thread but I'll go ahead and ask.

A lot of you folks mentioned various traditional Sigs but not the Sig Pro. Did you make the decision against the Pro after testing it or did you decide before it came out or did you just dislike polymer guns or haven't thought much about it vesus other Sigs or what? Also, any Pro fans?

Thanks. :)

Mid to full size and designed specifically for 10 rounds or less?

With respect to all those aformentioned, Skip the "tribe guns!" I'll go with my Astra A-75! 8 rounds of .40, good feel, easy to learn, accurate, and reliable. Did I mention you can get one for a great price too?

I've owned three .40

Sig Pro..Sold it..didn't like DA/DA trigger

Glock 35 Good gun, accurate and reliable

P7M10: My favorite handgun. Accurate, well balanced, reliable and soft shooting.
