#1 Springfield Loaded 1911
#2 S&W revolver (not sure on model of caliber yet-something small to carry)

thats not my whole WTB list, just what is feasible for me at the moment

None. I'm actually selling quite a few guns (low caps, 1911's, and dust gatherers) and investing in loaded ammo or reloading components depending on caliber.

I'll have a handful of handguns left over, mostly hi-cap semi-autos, one .22LR, and one revolver. My evil rifles and shotguns are not going anywhere.

The only two I'm interested in would be a 870 spec'ed out for HD only and possibly a Beretta or Keltec carbine in 9mm or .40.

My wish list for pistols this year would go something like this:

Ruger Redhawk .44 mag, stainless, 4" barrel
Ruger SP101 .327 mag
Colt Delta Elite 10 mm
1911 style pistol in 38 Super (Colt, Springfield, Dan Wesson, etc.)

Am also looking for a DA .22 revolver, problem is, Smith & Wesson's are pretty spendy, and the Taurus is.......well, its a Taurus :barf: . Don't see many other DA .22 around these parts.

Sorry, didn't vote b/c I'm still in shock that the wife went along w/G21SF purchase in Jan, but:

Short-Term
-Ammo
-IWB Holster

Medium-Term
-Glock 30 or 26 (or something I can CCW easier than the G21)
-Ruger - Mark II/III -OR- 10/22
basically, something I can plink w/cheaper than the .45

Long-Term
-an AR
-870 to mess with/trick out (have one now, but like it as-is for killing clay)
-Have had a lust for a Kimber, but that may be changing toward Para

New to the (hand)gun world - am already seing how addictive "accumulating" can get;)

I believe that my STI Targetmaster will be my final purchase this year, unless I get a really big tax return. In that case I might spring for a .44 revolver -- probably a Red Hawk.

Although I did not see them on your list, I plan on buying a RIA .45 Cant beat the price for a base gun, and it allows me to customize the way I want.

Well I checked most of the bigger named 1911 manufactures and FN just cause I am looking at a .45acp something this year.

No more new handguns for me for a while...but i won't pass up a good deal on a decent S&W revolver if it comes my way

A few that I'm looking for, but for sure I'm in the market for new fly rod and reel...............................ck

to compliment my bulgie makarov would like to add an east german. well pretty much any mak at a good price. and also hope to find a nice used s & w 357, like the model 19 or 27.

decisions, decisions

I'm currently stuck between a Ruger GP-100 and a S&W M&P .40... I don't think I can afford both this year, so I'm trying to decide if I want an ideal field sidearm or a good all-purpose carry gun for urban and woods use. Obviously the Ruger is better for the woods, but I think .40 should do the trick on any cougars I might run into hiking and it's a lot easier to carry around than a 4" .357. Also, I think it would be prudent to buy any 15 round mags sooner rather than never...
If I do get the M&P than my next gun would probably be a .44 ruger redhawk for the woods, I already have an ideal home defense weapon which is a Mossberg 500 12 gauge.

My List:

Springfield 1911 (getting this one tomorrow morning :D )
S&W M&P9 (gotta have another)

Possibilities:

S&W M&P45c (already enjoying the platform, so...)
Springfield XDm (just like the idea of 19+1 in 9mm)
CZ P-01 (just not sure if I wanna do the DA/SA thing again...)
SIG P250 (felt one up in a gunshop, fits my hand like warm butter)

Added another Ruger last month and will undoubtedly add a few more these next 10 months as well. Likely sending one off for a facelift soon. Possibly looking at another HK also - the HK45 compact just for something to have for fun.
A VERY good chance there'll be a few Ruger #1's added this year too.

I want to pick up a .45 from either S&W or Springfield and a rifle but haven't decided what I want yet:confused:
