Would you own this gun?

Well, heck, if we're gonna get all serious...

All joking aside, I'd be the last person in the world to say that someone else shouldn't get one in any color they so desire, if they like 'em. And, yes, when you're working with polymer frames, the possibilities are pretty much endless... In fact, I had a vision of an ad campaign featuring one in pink leopard spots being touted by Bon Jovi or someone like that!

I do think there's some consideration for a carry piece being less noticeable, though. My current everyday is in stainless because I prefer the reduced maintenance (and, yes, the looks), but I'm considering going for a dark finish on my next purchase, a snubbie for car/pocket carry -- mostly because I don't want to be noticed if I'm transferring it from glove box to pocket, my jacket to the car seat, or whatever.

Cool color, could have some fun with some paint and flower decals. Certainly be easy enough to find, if it were lost in a forest. And anyway, old Pennsylvania Rifles had flowers cut into the stock, 19th century rifles oft had feathers and tacks, and I recall seeing Ak's in news photo's with various decorations. If anyone has one of these they don't want...send it to the outback..I'll free you of it. As far as the gun looking like toys, true, but more a matter of culture problems than equipment. As for tactical, also true, but presumably the women who this thing is marketed to...wouldn't be open carry with it anyway (so if it's drawn..the color is the least of the problems). However, interesting that we all had so much to say...it's a collection of metal and plastic...not like owning it or not..would somehow change entire personalities...

I can't believe you guys are raggin' on my gun. I OWN that gun and I have it as my Conceal Carry. It is the Fuscia Pink color and I love it. Also, the "Ladies Only" is only for the carry case. It's not on the gun. I'll get the Yellow one when it comes out. :-)

The "Pink" replaced the Full Size USP .45 I was carrying. It alsofires well and does 1" groups. It is one of my favorite guns right now and it carries a full 10 rounds, not to mention that extra mags are only $4.00 a piece.
