Who carries more than one?

Just wondering who here carries more than one handgun on them?
Say one on each hip/cross draw,
One on the hip, and one on the ankle.

How do you carry two and what two do you carry?

Cops....:)

I would have to be going somewhere really scary, but that's never happened, and if I was that concerned I would not go.

But, everywhere I go, I do have an LCR in the truck center console, and either my PPS 9 IWB, or my LCP in my pocket.

If I carried two, it would be just as above.

I've never done it, but good discussion.

Well I do for one I have a standard service pistol and a rather tiny Kel-Tec 9mm and I can hide it in my boot or pocket. Should i be forced to surrender my standard pistol and give the BG my cash he gets both and no less than 3, 9mm JHP in the chest.
Semper Paratus= always ready
Mace

I remain flexible

I only wear more than one when I 'feel the need'.

One on the belt butt-forward crosdraw, one in a pocket.
Sometimes I'll wear one on the belt 'normal'.
Sometimes I'll wear one in a fanny pack.

Ankle carry didn't work for me that well....

Heh

Link - Post #73 or so.

As for me, I only carry one, but then again I only own 2 at the moment. But for winter I will most likely do service size in a shoulder rig with my subcompact iwb 4'oclock where it usually is.

I much prefer shoulder holsters/under-arm, just don't want to deal with a jacket in the summer months.

I will never make fun of a man in a fanny pack again:)
J/k, whatever works, right?

I carried two revolvers, daily, for 27 years an M-19 or M-66 with an M-60. Never needed my back up but it was a moral booster. Now retired 10 years I don't always carry, but I never carry two handguns no need to.

Always two. EDC gun is a 1911, strong side OWB.
BUG is either a 3" 1911 cross draw or Glock 36 in a fanny pack. Depends on what I am wearing and what I am doing.

Only exceptions are a radical change in the environment and the main gun becomes a HK .45 USP compact and the BUG is the Glock 36.

I do not carry more than one on a regular basis, but I do on occaision. I have carried a 1911 in a hip holster with a S&W 649 in my jacket pocket in some less than touristy areas of New Orleans many years ago. When I travel by car, which I use to do a lot more of than now, I will carry multiple guns. It is hard to draw while seated in a car with a seat belt and shoulder harness if the only gun you have is in your pocket or a hip holster.

Don't know if this counts or not...

Sometimes I'll have one of my usual pocket carry pistols with me, and another larger gun in the console of my pickup.

I would not carry more than one if I could, but it is illegal to carry more than one concealed in NM.
Don't think I will ever need one, and see no need for a CHL holder to carry two.

I normally carry a 442 revolver as my regular piece. Sometimes my job require that I do service calls at night, and often in depressed area's or properties. This is when I will usually take a second gun. Usually a larger gun, and it becomes my primary, and the regular becomes the second gun, or JIK gun.

i normaly carry just one on my belt. if i'm playin cards i might also have a derringer. i do carry my winchester and an extree colt in my hosses saddle bag with some extree ammo. if i have my pack hoss i usually travel with my sharps buff rifle and my 12 ga coach gun if i'm goin thru the territories. but normaly just one carry 1 unless i think there might be highwaymen or injuns about.

I ALWAYS have one pistol (90% of the time a .45 ACP) on me or right beside me. I very rarely (2-3 days per year) carry an extra handgun on me.

When I was on duty, if any of us carried a back up gun on us, we'd make sure we told who all we were working with that shift WHERE on us it was carried in case we went down somehow & the other officers needed extra guns / ammo. In 29 years 10 months, I personally never carried an extra or back up gun with me on duty. We went to semi-autos in 1985 and our cars had shotguns and then, as of 2001-2002, we had shotguns & AR's in each car. Plus, we all carried between 2-4 extra magazines on our belts for our duty weapons, which were all .40 cal.

I only carry one, either a S&W 637 or Sig 239. The other day I did carry both but it was on a quick trip downstairs to the car. I was wearing a pair of cargo shorts and carried the Smith in my front pocket and the Sig on my hip. I also carried to reloads in mag holders on my belt and a two speed strips in my back pocket. The whole rig was easy to conceal and not very uncomfortable (although I only did it for a few minutes). Despite all that I still dont see myself carrying more than one. I feel very well armed with 5 .38's and the speed strips if I remember.

95% of the time I only carry my J-frame (357 magnum) with 1 speed loader.

Because of my Job I some times have to go to some pretty scary areas. When this happens I still Carry my J-frame but as a back up gun and them carry my Coonan in an IWB holster and carry 2 extra mags in addition to the J-frame and the speed loader.

I always carry 2 guns. Glock 22 and Taurus PT111 currently. I hope I never need them. They are easy for me to carry and offer me some comfort in knowing they are there. I know a guy who always has at least three on him.
