What make and model of 9mm do you have?

9mm Suggestions

The best 9mm is the one that you will practice with and become proficient with for years to come. If you are purchasing the gun for your wife, make sure that she picks out the firearm that she is comfortable with, and not the one you want her to have and have been drooling over for the past year! :) If you are purchasing the gun for both you and your wife, you have quite the challenge ahead of you unless your hands are both the same size and you both have equal hand strength and the same tastes in firearms! You might go gun shopping together and pick out "His" and "Hers." Then you can go to the range together and each have a gun that fits your hand and style and preference. Remember, there is no such thing as too many guns!:D

Have a Ruger SR-9C, which I've had a couple of years, and is my edc....one of my favorite pistols.....accurate, reliable, it is a quality firearm.
just got a S&W performance center shield in 9mm....but, have not had a chance to shoot it yet. MANY good reports on it though!

Whoa, dude. If you had a fair amount of age under your belt, you would know that that is the correct method.

Bersa Thunder UC Pro - shoots extremely well and never a problem.

Sig P938 - purchased July 2013 and has been my go to pocket carry gun with no problems other than the shooter until two weeks ago. Safety started going from fire to safe and also had magazines popping loose. Got the shipping label today to ship back to Sig.

My new 9mm is a Shield 40....with a drop in barrel and magazine for 9mm. lol! After another couple of hundred rounds in the shield, I may sell the sig when I get it back. Somehow, I do not know that I can trust it for CCW any more and I am very disappointed.

My favorite , I've tried many others but the winner hands down is an old WWII era Walther P-38 , military surplus , a little rough around the edges but the most fun, most reliable trouble free 9 mm I've ever handled .
This old war horse will even feed fire and eject rounds loaded with 158 grain cast lead SWC Keith style bullets designed for revolvers.....Just enjoy shooting it !
