What make and model of 9mm do you have?

I have a S&W SD9VE, a full size RIA 1911 Rock and a Taurus PT111. I am most accurate with the 1911 but my favorite by far is the PT111. It's accurate, easy to use and small enough to comfortably carry. All have been flawless.

  • Walther PPQ M1
  • Kahr PM9
  • Springfield 1911 Government Model

If I were buying another 9mm it would probably be a Sig 320, I already have a 320 in 45acp

9mm's

P89 Ruger special edition,P-08 German Luger, and a 995 Hipoint carbine.I have by far reloaded more 9mm ammo than anything over the years.

I have a total of 4 9mms. They are a nickel S&W model 59, a 4" S&W model 547 (revolver), Beretta 92F, and a Beretta CX4 Storm carbine. I also have access to my duty weapon at work a Beretta 92 FS (M9).

Glock 19 gen 3 to a CZ P07 to a Glock 19 gen 4 to a H&K VP9 to where I am now.... A Walther PPQ M2... I have yet to shoot it but dry firing makes me believe all the hype on the trigger... The VP9 was very hard to let go though, a lot of solid choices in today's market pick one that fits like a glove!

Sig P226 Nitron
Sig P229 Legion
Sig P938
Beretta PX4 Subcompact
Colt Defender
Kimber Ultra Carry
Taurus PT92

My first 9mm last month, m&p shield 9mm (manuf may this year). Sadly it seems like I shoot this more accurately than my other pistols. The trigger and reset are just excellent on it. Still too much of a horse for my wife to enjoy, though.

Beretta 92FS .... Still my personal favorite. Rock solid, easy shooting, accurate as all heck.
Stoeger/Beretta Cougar .... A little smaller than the 92, great grip, love it. Bought one in .40sw too.
S & W 5906 .... One of the best guns ever made. All SS, nice shooting. This is my camping gun.
CZ 75BD Compact .... Great feel, similar size to the Cougar but thinner. This has become my favorite carry gun by far. Pretty much the perfect carry gun IMO.

I love the CZ 75 Compact line too, but, hafta say, I chose the PCR -- lighter and has a decocking lever (and no safety).

I'll be honest, I'm not really sure I even know how to decock a CZ 75 otherwise. I mean, pull the trigger and ease the hammer down yourself? I dunno ...

The D series of the CZ trades out the safety for a decocker. :-)

That's why I prefer the BD's myself. And I love the size and feel of the compact. Nice balance to it and I've always liked their grips.
