What handgun would you go back in time to buy if you could?

Actually.. screw going back in time.. Send me about 200-300 years into the future.. I wanna see what toys await us.

First purchase

Some stocks in Microsoft.
My trucks weight in gold and silver.
A crate of mint colt walkers, at least 5 anyway.
A few unopened crates of 1873 winchesters and henrys.
And last but not least a 1905 colt .380. I know they can be found for a relatively cheap price but nothing beats the real brand new thing.

Detachable magazine Broomhandle Mauser with shoulder stock holster and wood case.

If I could be naughty, it would be a schnellfeuer.

lots of mp5's because I think they are very cool, and tons of magazines for them. Because I think they run $100+ each now?

9mm

Yeah, the old 9mm subs were very neat with the Iconic Uzi being one of the MP5's predecessors. Sub machine-guns were and still are a cool class of weaponry.

I got mine about two years ago; A Ruger stainless Security six .357 mag revolver.
Same gun I wanted 35-40 years ago but at the time could not afford................the Kids and wife always had to come first!:D

I remember when I was a kid, an artillery luger was about $125 at the time I talked my dad into buying a CYQ P38 for me (for $55). Big difference at the time (bigger now, at today's prices). Wish I had saved up for the Luger, but it took a long time saving for the P-38.

Some factory engraved Colt Single Actions, perhaps a few factory engraved Colt's Navies also.

An engraved Colt Flat Top Target single action with a 4 3/4" barrel, with a little gold inlay for accent would be a nice working gun, the rest could stay new in the box to retire on.

There is another gun that I'd love to own.

The 1923 American "Eagle" Luger. This was the English-marked Luger for commercial sale in America. In either 7.63 or 9mm, it included the American eagle on the top of the receiver, just above the barrel.

One of these with the optional wooden holster-stock would be a big prize for any collector.
