What Handgun Have You Had The Longest

"Maurice the FrankenRuger" started out as a brand new Ruger New Vaquero in 357Mag in 2005. It is now...very, very different :). 9mmPara conversion, gas-powered shell ejector, magazine feeding, post-modern sights.

A S&W 5903 which I purchased new back in the 1990s. It was my first double stack 9mm and I hope to never part with it.

Hum...

French Mle 1873 Ordnance Revolver. Got that in the early 1980s...

For functional handguns, my ViS 35 Radom. Bought that in 1983.

I bought an Auto Ordnance "frame kit" in 1990, on which to mount a Colt .22-.45 conversion. I'd owned a couple of .22 rifles for many years, but that was my first purchase.

SouthJK verbatum

same gun, same year.
Currently my best friend has almost convinced me to sell it to him. Almost.

The longest? That would be a .22 H&R Young American Double Action revolver with a 2 inch barrel that was given to me by a friend in 1969.
Gosh, that makes me sound old!

Ruger 6 inch Single Six Convertible. Bought in 1962 in Key West, Florida.

I was in the Navy at the time.

Still have it and it still shoots fine.
