Most think it sacrilegious, but i carry a 4" rossi 971 in a hunter shoulder when it's cold, and a star BKS in an uncle mikes iwb (custom fitted) when it's not. i have never had an issue with either of them after better than 2000 rounds through each, so, why not? Plus, it's what i have.
