What clothing am i missing that may help conceal my ccw?

What's a Smartcarry?
http://www.smartcarry.com/

I do wear tight jeans, ive always been used to them as i can NOT stand to have my pants falling down and always tugging them back up.
This in itself has made IWB a PITA but if found a few options that work.

That is why im trying the cargo pants,i bought a pair a week ago but i keep forgetting to try wearing them.

Concealed Carry

I wear jeans, shorts, khakis, suits, whatever, in summer and winter, but
I never have a problem with concealed carry. I carry a Colt Cobra and it seems to fit anywhere.
Also, I always tuck my shirt in my waist.

Thanks,

Dan

The single item of clothing that I find most helpful in concealing a handgun is a proper belt. You need one wide enough to fit the slots on your holster (if the maker says up to 1 3/4", then use a 1 3/4") and fairly stiff. Using an Oklahoma leather 1 3/4" belt that I picked up at Bass Pro Shops a couple years ago, I can easily conceal my 2 1/2" barrel S&W M66 OWB in an El Paso Saddlery "Street Combat" pancake holster wearing only jeans and a fairly loose fitting T-Shirt. While patterned shirts like camo, Hawaiian, or plaid do help to break up the outline of a gun, I don't really find them necessary as dark colored solid shirt seems to work equally as well (black and dark blue seem to work the best). A note on your gun, stay away from very soft rubber grips, they seem to want to stick to clothing and make printing more likely. Changing from rubber Houge Bantam Grips to Houge Cocobolo round-butt grips on my M66 made a world of difference in the concealability of the gun.

For those who pocket carry try Columbia Lander pants (shorts too). Not too tacticool, but have a great pocket system. Even a zipper on the inner pocket, no more falling out on the floor with legs crossed. Plenty of room for a spare mag and a EDC light, knife etc.

Carrying a gun can be a major pain. I've tried many things. Ankle, IWB, OWB, shoulder. Nothing worked for me but strong-side front pocket carry. This is Texas and printing could be problematic. An automatic pistol in your pocket looks like an automatic pistol in your pocket. A snubnose revolver in your pocket, though, just looks like something in your pocket.

I wear a khaki style lightweight photographers vest. A lot of pockets for ammo carry and it covers nicely. Pretty warm here in Florida but with a tee shirt or light polo shirt it is very comfortable. I carry in the lower back, iwb and have no problems.
