Watches and guns-Let's see yours

Both have a lot of miles on them, as I do, and it shows.

Bill DeShivs, thanks. That's awesome. Thankfully I didn't have any coffee, or my screen would be wearing it. +1

That was certainly funny, Bill. :)
It threw me off at first, though, because I wasn't sure if you just had a serious obsession with Micky. (I didn't wanna laugh at it... :))

Here's my contribution. I simply took off my current watch and pulled out the LCP that was in my pocket. I wanted my pic to be "real". No glamour... lol..:D:D
Btw, I just painted this LCP a few days ago with some hi-temp (2000F) ceramic spray paint. I baked it at 400F for about 45mins. Didn't turn out too bad. Better than it was.
Oh, and the watch is a Timex Expedition.

I have a friend in Virginia who was a VERY successful developer. He eventually acquired 7 rolexes, 7 Mont Blanc Fountain Pens and 7 Smith and Wesson J Frames.

It took him 30 minutes every morning to agonize over which watch, revolver and pen he was going to carry that day. He would consult his dairy to see which he had carried on past days in combination with what. He would lay them out side by side to see which made the best combination for that day. This could go on for hours.

Finally, his wife had enough. He was in the hospital for two days for something or other. The trophy bride took the whole lot to an engraver, paid him to shut down for a day to concentrate on engraving each watch, pen and gun with the day of a week.

When my buddy got home, he almost had a heart attack. However, the idea grew on him. After a couple of days he had bought into it. When he got up for the day, he would open the safe, and there was his day's accessories laid out ready to go. It got to the point where he began to brag about.
