Very Disturbing Video -- Victim mentality

the music is Busta Rhymes. thats pretty ****ed up that those other kids didnt do a damn thing. ive always been one to stand up for the little guy, but then again im 6 foot 300 lbs so i make it a even fight

I would have to agree with the victim mentality being the cause of the victim's death. I think he had plenty of opportunities to go for a groin strike. I would have nailed him as hard as I could rather than cowering. Once he goes down, I would retrieve my weapon and hold him at bay until the police arrive. If they guy took one step towards me, I would unload a few rounds into him. A better option would be to get the heck out of Dodge after executing a hard groin strike.

I don't think the "victim," assuming this is real, dies. I don't think he actually shoots the guy at all. Looks to me like he takes his gun and shoots over him.

There is probably an existing relationship between the two. Jumping in the middle of something like this, especially in Russia, would be a real dumb thing, IMO. If this is some kind of collection, or retribution, then the guy could well have back up outside. Then you get killed or beaten for jumping in to save some dirtbag that doesn't pay his debts or has crossed the wrong people. Just because someone is getting a beating doesn't mean they are innocents. The other students in the video seem more savvy about the situation than some of our heros here.

First of all, calling that collection of hideous noises playing in a continuous loop in the background is an insult to music lovers everywhere.

Next, it doesn't seem to me that the guy knew the kid. I think he just picked him out and started whaling on him. The kid, knowing he'd done nothing wrong, tried to figure out what was going on and reason with the guy.

Assuming this is even real footage, the kid should have gotten the heck out of dodge as soon as he could. He is young, fit, and lighter than the other guy. He could have outrun him easily. He didn't even need the gun.

What's really disturbing is, if that video is real, that some @#&* head (excuse the french) would put music to it.

Carry a gun, better be ready to use it.

real or not

If you look at the thug at the end of the vidio he looks at someone and it looks like he is about to confront them with that gun, and yes , it doesnt look like he is very gun savey..
That gun looks like my makarov.

I am still wondering how the mag came away from the pistol...was the mag just being carried in the pocket and not inserted?

If so, this is a argument for condition one carry. With a guy that big...and that ticked off, I am thinking that the kid might only have been able to get one round off before the thug would been all over him again.

And I am not so sure a 9x18 Mak round would slow this gorilla down enough at first. If it had been me, I think I would have tried for a face shot to slow that ape down long enough for a follow-up.

The chair was the deadly wepon?

That would give reason to draw a firearm, after seeing his mentality for human life. This kid bought the gun for looks, I guess.I he would not have been able to draw a pistal untill the chair was used as a wepon.Just my 2 cents?Shooting someone is one thing. Then court is onther.

One of the things I was taught in my concealed carry class was that you should never get involved in someone elses fight. After our instructor said that he gave us a whole bunch of situations where you get involved and end up being the bad guy. Like what if these kids were putting on an act and you jumped in the middle with a gun? What if these guys were brothers and you jumped in the middle and shot one? What if the guy shooting was a police officer, or worse, a mobster? I don't think it was smart to even consider jumping in the middle of this one as a bystander unless you have all the facts and know 100% what is really going on.

I witnessed an event a few years ago where an undercover police officer ran some guy off the road (smashed into his car with his car) and drew his gun on the bad guy. Some idiot CCW holder pulled over and drew his weapon on the OFFICER. NOT a good situation at all.

If that was me the thug attacked I would have lost my rack & lunched a blitz attack anything and everything would have come out of the bag, then get the f@#& outer there

That's ridiculous, and if I'm ever anywhere when something like that happens and I don't think I can handle the guy physically, I'm drawing, giving one warning and if he chooses madness over reason: BOOM! That really pisses me off. I grew up in a crummy part of Orlando where bullies ran amok and I teach my kids not to bully or endure them.

I was surprised how quickly he lost his outer jacket. Some people use jacket pockets and compartments as part of their 'system', but its easy to forget---anything not securely fastened to a sturdy belt could be easily lost (like his magazine) in a scuffle.
