Ted Nugent too radical???

the nuge might be a tad over the edge, but he won my respect a couple years ago when at a concert here in houston he spoke out against all of the illegals taking over the country. those idiots at lulac got all over him, i'm sure Ted lost alot of sleep over that  speaking of lulac, the ONLY difference between them and the kkk morons are the bedsheets. lulac is just as racist as is the klan. an example, a white cop kills a hispanic, lulac is ALL over it. a hispanic cop kills a white person and lulac is nowhere to be found, why are they not screaming about the injustice in that case?

Just a quick note: we DO have open carry in WI. However, in many locals, expect to get hassled for "disturbing the peace"...

We also have a pre-emption law (no municipality or county can have a law more restrictive than the state's). And we were VERY close to CCW last session...

As for the Nuge... he absolutely rocks. 'Nuff said...

Yes he is too radical, but the truth is he is right

Florida has another child killer that some slime ball of a Judge let go whith a part of his body still attached.
If we dont kill child killers, lets at least make it that they cant rape again.
The way liberals slime want the laws in this country you and I owning a gun will be put in jail, baby rapest will be let go after having there hands slapped.
Ted is right, murders and baby killers and child moselters there is a very easy way to take care of them.
KILL THEM
I would be proud to pull the trigger on the slime in Florida, and I will pay the gas to get my self down there.

I like his pro gun politics but never could stand his "cheesy" music. just my .02 :) edited to say: WANGO TANGO.

Ok... somebody tar and feather Pezo as a heretic. Should probably administer the noodle lashes while we're at it (I'm thinking 50 or 60, and they should be administered by Rosie O' Doughnut)... >:)

hey the nuge came up with that classic line "your face is a maserati" lol, wango tango, what a song. i read somewhere that he swears hes never used ANY drugs, c'mon now Ted, you cant tell me you never smoked some pot.

How so, Russ? Yeah, he's outspoken and outrageous, but he's safe and legal. Would seem the anti-hunters wouldn't have much farther than the woods of Wisconsin for their dream come true: all the hunters out there in tree stands, drunk off their gourd...

Yeah id say so

Ted has the right message but he took it just a little too far. and yes an AR15 is not an assult rifle. now all i need to do is try to get our liberal govt to understand that so i can have three or four of em.

I want carjackers dead. I want rapists dead. I want burglars dead. I want child molesters dead. I want the bad guys dead. No court case. No parole. No early release. I want 'em dead. Get a gun and when they attack you, shoot 'em."

that is too far but think how the crime rate would drop if every offense carried the death penalty (with the exception of speeding i hope :D )

Working hard + playing hard......

The libs can love poor ole Jane Fonda and her new book :barf: I will pick someone with a real American Spirit of the Wild..... That would be Uncle Ted... :D

I was lucky enough to speak with Ted at a Michigan Outdoors Show back about 8? years ago. He is a real leader that you can either like him or hate him but a real leader he is......and for a cause that is core to our great nation.

I think Ted's a washed up rocker who needs another avenue to keep his image in the public eye. I'd think he was pretty cool if he moved to where the burglars and robbers lived to try out his rhetoric....

I think Ted's a washed up rocker who needs another avenue to keep his image in the public eye.
Actually, he is a retired rocker that has created a very successful, multi-million dollar hunting equipment line of products, become a member of the NRA's Board of Directors, proponent of hunter rights and gun rights and even lecturer in schools to prevent drug abuse. He has the balls to say what needs to be said without playing the "politically correct" game. He is very articulate in his debates and doesn't get tongue-tied like most of the pro-gun folks invited to debate on television shows.

If he can protect my gun rights by using "another avenue to keep his image in the public eye," I hope he is around another 100 years to do so. At least he does something while talking his rhetoric, unlike some whose only contribution to protecting gun rights is rhetoric posted on the internet.

I like Ted Nugent. I like his message. We need to have more people willing to take a stand without all the carefully phrased, bracketed, and politically correct language. Go for it Ted!!! Kill it and Grill it!

Look at the effects of the non-violent voluntary border patrol? Now the Feds may actually start doing something about our borders.

Maybe as was mentioned above that Nugent said at the NRA convention...if the burgler was killed... one less bad guy to spawn other bad guys. if the rapist was killed... one less bad guy... etc. Child molesters... same thing. Do you really think that there would be more bad guys if they all ended up dead? Nobody wants a police state, but you know you have to take advantage of the opportunities that are presented to make a difference. :) And it would make a difference here.

Look at the drop in crime rates in states that have CCW.

As an NRA member, I don't agree with everything they do. I also don't agree with everything that Bush or his group does. But, as far as I'm concerned I thank God for the NRA and George W. Bush.

I have stayed away from this post, but read it, and now here is what I have to say:

We need to be more like Mr. Nuggent. Yes, it is a shame that we didn't get the fire up in our bellies before he came out and made these remarks and that is just shameful on all accounts. Who do we need to make these statements for us? Why don't we listen to the members here that say the same thing and then are flamed for doing so?

Could it be that we talk about the liberals marching in tune to the liberal celebs out there that we have to wait until one comes along on our side and then do the same?

Pitiful if you ask me. Really sad. As the years have gone by and after reading many posts here, there, and everywhere, losing members to death and the great beyond, it's always the same, they are ridiculed until some multi-millionaire comes up and says the same thing and then it's "the gods truth".

We my Brothers and Sisters have fallen as those that have ridiculed us and set us on the defensive. Yet we don't see this and continue on as we've always have.

We should have had that fire in our belly along time ago. We didn't and then when one of our own starts to state the obvious then we start to divide camps.

To "radical" on one end, too "wussy" on the other.

And here we sit, wondering why we don't have any Rights any more, why we are losing, why the government is taking more and more leeway in the laws it produces.

We are actually combatting against a man who has the balls to come out and say what needs to be said. Here we are making apologizes for that which doesn't call for any. Here we sit, so afraid of the anti-gunners that we have actually had this pro and con conversation and people demonizing one of our own because they think that he went "over the top".

Let's be honest, why don't we start an actual truth thread on what you think should or shouldn't be legal or what can and can't be said?

Too radical, I don't think so. He's a "whimp" when it comes to that, I look upon our ForeFathers when I think radical, and I agree with them.

USP45usp has got it right. We have been on the defensive for too long. Ted's had the same personality and attitude his whole life. Listen to the song "Stormtroopers" for example. We need more "radicals" like Ted who have a forum and aren't afraid to use it. The Nuge ROCKS!

Nugent too radical? Nope, too stupid. While he may see non-NRA gun owners as the enemy and consider anti-gun opposition a joke, it is the joke that has been successful getting restrictive laws passed.

The sooner Nugent leaves Texas, the better. As near as I can tell, stupidity is also a very viable enemy, especially stupid outspoken people like Nugent. If we were to follow his lead and ignore the joke and concentrate on the evil non-NRA gun owners, the anti-gun folks would go unchallenged. Since it isn't the non-NRA gun owners that passed restrictive laws and since they are who we are focussed on, then what is to stop the anti-gun folks.

Nugent is very scarey. Sure, some of you guys like him because he is aggressive and outspoken, but his aggression isn't advancement unless you considering advancing to the rear as a primary goal. That is called retreating from the battle and that is what he is calling for when he underestimates the power of the anti-gun folks and calls them a joke and then suggests we turn on our largest pool of potential pro-gun advocates, those who own guns but that are not members of the NRA.

Yeah, Ted's a great spokesperson and role model. Classy guy....Who can forget his classicly cerebral lyrics that you'd want your kids to sing while they're whacking their meat in the woods..... I've got young daughters which I'm sure colored my opinion of "The Nuge" as basically a piece of sht, despite his obviously conservative family values that he sings about. I was only surpised when I heard "Great White Buffalo" that he didn't actually try to screw one of the teen cows before the song was over....But that's probably only because the white man killed them all before he had a chance...

Let's see....We have "Wango Tango"...

"You take her right ankle out
You take her left ankle out
You get her butt propped up
You get her belly propped down
I think you're in the right position now baby
Yeah lookin' good now baby
Yeah but if you ain't quite ready I'll make sure everything is a little bit nicer 'cos
I'm gonna get a little talcum
I'm gonna borrow it from Malcolm
I got the droolin', droolin', get all wet, salivate, salivate
Yeah you look so good baby I'm startin to drool all over myself
I got salivate late, salivate late, salivate late
Got salivate, salivate, salivate, salivate, heh heh heh
Yeah you look so good baby, I like it, I like it, I like it
You know what I been talkin' about honey
It's a nice dance, we gotta a nice dance goin' here
Now what you gotta do, I'll tell you what you gotta do
You got to pretend your face is a Maserati
It's a Maserati
It's a gettin' hotty
It's a Maserati
It's a Maserati, Maserati, Maserati
You feel like a little fuel injection honey?
It's a fast one too man, that thing's turbocharged"

Then there's "Wang Dang Sweet Poontang" Where pedophile Ted praises Nadine's..... vagina?????: " That Nadine, what a teenage queen
She lookin' so clean, especi'lly down in between; what I like"
" She's so sweet when she yanks on my meat
Down on the street you know she can't be beat "

And the classic "Free For All":
"Well looky here, you sweet young thing: the magic's in my hands
When in doubt, I'll whip it out. I got me in a rock'n'roll band
It's a free for all "

"Come one, come all, to a midnight ball. The invitation's there
Come alone and I'll drive it home. I'll help you, I do declare "

Then there's the catchy "Come and Get it"....Maybe he's talking about venison???

"I don't wanna hand nothin' to ya

I just wanna sit back and do ya

Dontcha make me stand up and chase it

I just wanna lay back and taste it "

Just curious.....If the whole population of Michigan, instead of just the relatively small number of hunters, went out to whack their own food like Ted advocates instead of going to the grocery store or meat market, what would happen to the deer population? Are there enough deer out there to feed the whole population and regenerate, or would the deer go the way of the Great White Buffalo?
