Under IPSC and IDPA match conditions, I have shot from a moving truck - both bed and cab - and a golf cart. There was a CAS event that rode the entire posse in a hay wagon across the whole range shooting at balloons, clay pigeons, and plates.
I have shot from boats on flexible bases to simulate being afloat, and I have shot from swinging bridges and sprung planks.
I have seen pictures of competitors shooting while sliding down a zip line.
It wasn't moving, but I once shot from an inverted truck cab to simulate being run off the road and attacked.
Trainers and match directors have come up with all manner of challenges. Better know your basics of marksmanship and safety before you tackle them.
