RWS 9mm 124gr showing up @ wal-marts

When the RWS stuff first showed up on the shelves here it was 3-4 dollars more per box of 50 than anything else you could find. Compared to the 100 round bulk WWB stuff it was 6-8 dollars more per 100 and I didn't give it a second look. Fast forward to the last couple of weeks and I'm having a bit of a functioning problem with WWB and my Sig, and in an effort to try some different ammo I run across this stuff still on the shelves.

It's now $12.97 per 50 and the WWB is $23.97 per 100. I buy a couple of boxes and the RWS along with Fiocchi and some NATO Winchester all function great in the Sig. The RWS is the cheapest functioning ammo for the Sig and at only 2 dollars more per 100 I will be buying more of it, at least for the Sig.

I wanted to buy some yesterday, but they had 100rd bulkpacks of WWB .45 and I need .45 far worse than 9mm.

Dangit.:(

I bought two boxes of this for around $12.85 I think. Other forums seem to say they have dropped the price.

Can anyone point to where they found that this is NATO spec? I bought it because I thought it may be a step up from WWB, but I don't see anything on the box or the website claiming its NATO

Their website mentions SAAMI

RWS Sporting ammunition is manufactured to SAAMI standards

I just bought the last 2 boxes at the walmart i work at and they have dropped the price to 12.97 a box and after my discount they were cheaper than anything else on the shelf.I don't know what the big deal is with them, they are just range ammo.I pay alot more for that for my Winchester t's that my wife carries in her gun.
