QUICK! Grab Your Nearest Gun

After a lot of hard work I have finally joined the law enforcement community. I am proud to say that my nearest gun is my service weapon, a Glock 21 (.45 ACP). I just got it earlier this week. I'm not new to handguns, but I am somewhat new to Glocks. I like it pretty well so far. Whoever had it before me put a Hogue sleeve on the grip, which I have decided to leave on after handling another guy's Glock that didn’t have one. The factory finger grooves don't suit me at all. I plan on going out to shoot it some more tomorrow.
 
I'm in my bedroom, and next to the bed is my Remington 870 loaded with 5 shells of 12 gauge 00 buck shot.

My Beretta 85FS with 9 rounds of .380 is on top of the bed stand next to the shotgun.

Sometimes I'll give the old Remington 870 a rest, and will instead have my SKS loaded with 10 rounds of 7.62x39 next to the bed.

Lee-Enfield No.4 MK2 loaded with Winchester Super X 180gr "power point" ammo.

For some reason my dad wanted me to bring that and his VZ 52 home last time I saw him.

Nearest pistol is a Heritage Rough Rider .22mag with six rounds of Hornady V-max. They are fun to shoot bottles and cans of soda with.

One would have to break in to find
out where the nearest gun is.

Problem being, he would know only
for a second or two.
 
Nearest gun for me to grab is a short barrel , compact 12Guage Mossberg 500 shotgun with pistol grip.
First shell is bird shot, XXBuck after that.
My opinion the best weapon for home defence.
