I'm not competitive by nature, that's why I'm not really drawn to CAS. It always seems like it's more of a gathering of fairly respectable, professional people, rather than blue collar grunts like myself. I'm about as home at one of these organized events as I am at a country club golf course, lol! But.... I do have friends who are into this, and they have a great time. And yeah, they do say it's a lot for the camaraderie of like minded folks that they enjoy going to the weekend shoots. Kinda like going to a church social, only with guns, lol!
