Neo – CONNED ! by Texas Rep. Ron Paul (R)

So are you trying to say that I'm not allowed to agree with a republican because I voted for Badnarik? How about a democrat? Am I allowed by you to agree with a democrat on anything?

Oh, I see you twisted my words above. Not nice. I said I will never compromise my principles and vote for a candidate that I don't respect such as Bush. You vote for Bush the RINO simply because of the fact that he's a republican. I thought you understood our differences?

Tut tut...
Let's not deliberately misquote ourselves to get out of an obvious contradiction. You ARE a compromiser.

Whatever you say. You really have nothing, so you're trying to play your chicken little game here. As I said in the past I don't compromise when I vote. If you consider Badnarik a compromise because I don't agree with him 100%, so be it. You should know, being the expert of compromise.

Psycho...
Wait, you're stll confused...first I'm a chicken hawk, then I'm chicken little...you really need to make up your mind. Perhaps you can find a compromise between the two. Back to our quiz.

Now, the lightning round...see how many of these questions you can answer without contradicting yourself.

Is Ron Paul a Libertarian or a Republican?

Do you support Ron Paul?

If given the chance, would you vote for him?

Does he have a realistic plan for implementing changes
that address the issues that face us as a country or is he just another verbose windbag who knows he never has to produce?

If he has a plan, what is it?

Would he attempt to implement these changes whole cloth or would he have to compromise and build consensus to make them work?

Does he live in the real world?

God bless Mr. Paul - he is so right. Gburner has proven himself an irrelevant joke at this point - I suggest you simply ignore him, as you would a street mime.

This is fun reading you guys. Gburner, you make a lot of sense. While I like Ron Paul, I do think he tends toward the "crybaby" at times ensconsed in his certitudes. And if the world is going to hell in a handbasket, he wants to be the first to say, "See, I told ya so!"

PKAY, Rep. Ron Paul a crybaby. An I told you so. Hmm. The way I read him, he tells the truth and stands up for America first. Something too few other polititions have the guts to do even though they took an oath to do so.If more of our 'elected' did the same ,perhaps it would seem the norm. What does one call the others? Traitors? I have read a lot of Rep.Ron Pauls commentaries. He hits the nail on the head weather it's National or foreign policy. We need many more like him. And while were at it,Get Jim Trafacant out of jail on those trumped up charges.

Is Ron Paul a Libertarian or a Republican?

You know the answer to that.

Do you support Ron Paul?

You also know the answer to that.

If given the chance, would you vote for him?

You also know the answer to that.

I believe he does.

If he has a plan, what is it?

Restore limited constitutional government. Which is why neo-cons foam at the mouth at the mere mention of libertarianism. I find it humorous how you wouldn't even consider that a multi-billion dollar airline should pay for its own security. But then, you're the big government, corporate welfare type, so that's exactly what I expect from you. Big corporations are already the largest recipients of welfare. But let's give them more right!!!! That's why neo-cons typically try to shape the debate. Because they know deep down they're wrong.

Would he attempt to implement these changes whole cloth or would he have to compromise and build consensus to make them work?

You mean like when he got congress to vote to weaken the Patriot Act? That kind of consensus?

Does he live in the real world?

You mean like Earth?

Gosh, Hooey, lighten up!! I like the guy, but please admit that hubris and ego go with the territory. He needs a little "honey", like some self deprecation to attract folks to his humanity instead of his constant hand wringing horse sh*t. It's a marketing thing, dude, and it's real.

It's too bad that people need to be entertained by politicians, but you're absolutely right, many people don't think about politics much, nor do they vote for a candidate based on his platform.

Psycho...

How illuminating. You seem to have a big problem answering direct questions. You either pose another question in response to my queries or say that I already know the answer. Did you learn that during your three tours in Viet Nam?

How about giving us some straight-forward answers, or are you afraid of being pinned down? All of TFL is waiting.

How frustrating for me. Everyone now sees that I'm a rodeo clown. You seem to have a big problem directly answering rhetorical questions that we already know the answer to. You either completely ignore my foolishness, or answer in a way that makes me look like a tool. Perhaps I'll again make myself look ridiculous and irrelevant by bringing up your facetious Viet nam comment?

How about playing my game, or are you afraid of yawning to death? All of TFL is annoyed by my presence.

Well, that may be the case, but you're too predictably repetitive as a model example neo-conservative to put on my ignore list. It's like having a museum quality piece right in front of me.

gburner..

I guess it was your post # 9 that made me think you didn`t understand what Dr. Ron Paul said.

(Conspiracy riddled)

(Layers of stuff and nonsense)

(`Enemies` both real and imagined )

gburner.

I just happen to know Ron Paul, and he is the only politician that I donate to and he is no conspiracy nut, he does not lie, he does not spout nonsense.

Ron’s whole political career has been spent defending the constitution and what it stands for. If it isn’t in the constitution he is against it. If it was good enough for our Founding Fathers and us for well over 100 yrs, it`s still good enough for us now.

Every since FDR and some before him started turning this country into a Socialist welfare State this country has been going down hill every since.

I think if you understood what is happing in this country and the rest of the world you may understand what Ron Paul is talking about. I can`t tell you everything about the world affairs, but if you listen to people like Ron and do your own research you may agree with him on most every thing he says.

I personally may not agree with everything he says but there are not many that fight for our rights like he dose. So I would suggest that you may read a lot more and not post a bunch of yada yada yada until you know what yada yada yada is.

You can read what he has written at. www.thelibertycommittee.com

B9mmHP...
I have read Mr. Paul extensively...I find him to be a blowhard and a dreamer that refuses to acknowledge the realities of the modern world. His adherants tend to be monolithic in their thought, refusing to entertain alternative ideas or theories, disparaging of those who disagree with them.

Psychsword...you still haven't answered my questions ...are you scared or too entrenched in your own dogma to be bothered with giving an answer. All of TFL is still waiting...

ZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....*snort* huh? *blink*....zzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Incoherence has never stopped you before. What are you waiting for? Stop dodging, just answer the questions. As if you hadn't figured out by now, attempting to be clever is not your strong suit.

Answers still pending. People still waiting. Delays not working. Just answer the questions. For once in your short life show some intellectual honesty instead of just habitually trolling predominantly consevative websites. Are you a joke or are you for real? All of TFL s wanting to know.
