My Pardini GT9-1 9x21 IMI caliber

5-SHOTS

I bought this pistol used three years ago for a fair price.
The pistol is smooth as glass; the slide glides on the frame in an incredible manner. Everything speaks abuot quality and precision. The trigger is great: a little pre-travel, clean break and no overtravel. Trigger and sights are fully adjustable. The backstrap that carries the safeties, the beaver tail and the hammer mechanism, can be separeted from the frame.
Accuracy is outstanding. This gun is really overbuilt: the thickness of the chamber and barrel is ridicolous but that doesn't surprise me because, as I understand, it was designed for the .45ACP when it first came out in 1994. I shot more or less 2000 factory rounds since I bought it. Seems to like Fiocchi 124gr. CP-RN very much. Recoil is very soft. Oh well, the caliber is the 9x21 IMI, also known as 9mm Italian.
I have to say I like the look of the shorter GT9 better but I couldn't pass on this one.
I hope you like it.

Beautiful GT9. I've got a 5" in 9x19 and it's pretty much my favorite 9mm for range work. Only way to improve it would to make a blued carbon steel-frame version.

Wow! That is a gorgeous gun! Congrats! I have been considering getting one for quite some time, but I have little need for another range toy. Maybe I should sell or trade one of my 1911s to “make room” for the Pardini.

A beauty. I saw and handled the .45 ACP version at the Camp Perry National Matches some years ago. Very nice trigger.

Thanks alot lifesizepotato. I enjoy your youtube videos very much and I think you inspired me in the purchase of this gun because of your opinion about it. It's my favorite range pistol.
