"I bet I could say you resisted arrest or something..."

AGAIN I ask, how is asking "What did I do?" of a police officer who accuses you of committing an unspecified crime, considered "baiting?"

Its not baiting, at least in my understanding. If a cop pulls you over, you have a right to know why. This isnt communist China.

Cops are more than just enforcers... they are representatives of their department, and to a lesser degree, their local, state, and even national goverment. Even when faced with some annoying little punk, professional conduct is to be expected. I guess that particular cop forgot about that.. But with that sort of attidude, I'm glad they have him on tape.
