I always have one in the car but that isn't carry.

I keep my carry gun in my car also so I can put it on as I get into my car to go driving.

I carry 2 guns a SA XD 9 sc right hip and a ruger LCP left ankle

The listed answers don't apply to me.

I'm armed anywhere and everywhere I go that's legal, which is most places.

But, I don't alway conceal.

Well, I don't carry a gun at work because it's the private property of an entity that doesn't want me to be armed. If I don't like that, I can quit.

I just got my CCW, but I carry almost all the time.

Only when not allowed.

Open carry on our own place, CCW in town.

Except for the P.O. and other type facilities-ALL the time-even at home. One on the bed table farthest from the door at night. No, there aren't any children around.

I start with something in my front right pocket 24/7 and build up from there. Either a J-frame with laser, P3AT with laser or NAA Guardian in .32ACP as a very minimum with a reload in the left pocket. Then depending on dress or where I am going, what I am doing there will be a J-frame, Glock 30 or at least a .25ACP IWB as back up or main.

Pocket sucks to draw from when sitting and IWB does not, but pocket is great for inconspicuously staging your draw ahead of time. So I like both. The gun or guns get strapped on or pocketed just like keys, wallet and flashlights, it is a morning ritual at this point. :D

If I leave the house I am carrying. There are not too many places in my state that you can't carry into and I take full advantage of it.

Always have at least one gun. Usually two. May seem like overkill. But a "New York" reload is the easiest way to go. And if you need extra rounds you probably need them bad. Or if your primary jams it's usually easier to go for a second gun rather than trying to clear a jam. Been 4-5 home invasions around here the past couple of years. Always have something close at hand.

How *often* I carry is usually, when I'm not going to be on "publicly owned property" (GA law). How much I carry concealed is usually one firearm.

What a tremendous right we have and so few people take advantage of it.
But then again who wants to be a gun toting maniac. I guess people would rather be unprotected then perceived as gun wielding loonies.

A long time secret

I carry every time I leave the house. Work, shopping, visiting family & friends, even at Church. I don't ever want to be in a situation where somebody is shooting innocent people and I'm not able to help because my gun is home laying sideways somewhere.

I'm 50 and have carried since I ws 21. NOBODY has ever seen any gun that was being carried, nobody ever spotted it, nobody ever nudged me with an elbow and winked while pointing at any bulge....in fact I would say that only my immediate family even knows I have a gun on me. And that's because we've discussed what we prefer to carry, where and why, because they carry as well.

It's more than second nature, it's become an everyday part of my life.

As of tonight, I start carrying concealed. The CFL arrived. ;-) But I still need to a) take at least one tactical self defense class (looking at several around here) and b) find a good holster for myself before I'll probably carry lots. I'm planning to work up to it.

pretty much 24/7

When im asleep my pistol is on the nightstand when im at home it's either on me or not more than a few feet from me. When i go out it is on me at all time except where it isn't legal. Not allowed to carry at work but it is in my glove box locked up.
