Guns that you just don't like.

Glocks: "Hi I'm a total lemming with no personality"
1911s: Pretty much the same reason. Add to that they look like they are built from tractor parts from 1947, Cars from the 50s worked perfectly good too but I don't drive one. 1911s like so many other pieces of out dated technology have been surpassed in almost every aspect by newer things yet people just refuse to let go. Another thing that bugs me about them is people customize them thinking they have done something really cool yet they all look exactly alike. They are like Harleys, no matter what you do to one there are fifty million just like it and equally as boring and unoriginal. I do however love the STI ones... something about a double stack and that big slab sided full length slide and frame is just cool.

I'll add all cheap made stamped steel military weapons people insist on buying (and usually shooting while next to me at the range firing their wildly inaccurate and amazingly loud surplus ammo)

Sigs with that weird sliding lever on the side.

Most OLD guns

I just don't like...

The Browning Hi-Power. It's a great gun, but that silly grip shape just does not fit my hand.

Most S&W autos. The only one I like at all is the 39. It's the only one close to fitting my hand and it has historical significance. The rest all have bad triggers and inconvenient controls.

SIG-Sauer autos. The slide is to high above the axis of the forearm and the controls are hideous.

Glocks. Can't really put my finger on it, but I just do not like them. The grips are too dang big in circumference, but even with that, I just do not like them. I think it's a rejection of plastic, mostly.

Colt Trooper revolvers. Bad trigger in double action mode and just ugly.

Colt Python revolvers. Bad double action trigger and rather delicate internal workings. Cool looking. Probably the coolest looking modern revolver made. Can't stand them.

All the crappy, cheap built, frowsy wannabe guns.

Beretta 92. The Brigadier was a really neat pistol with a goofy safety. Beretta double stacked the magazine, added a double action function and changed the safety to a hammer dropper. Four pound gun, quarter ounce bullet. It sucks.

Korth revolvers. All that money and hand fitting and the trigger sucks.

Glocks

I've shot them well and I trust their reliability. But they are like the Yankees or Earnhardt Jr. Too popular. Just gotta hate them if you didn't get on their bandwagon early.

Of course, I've been a Yankees fan since I was a kid so I understand that other love Glocks and that doesn't make them bad people.

I'm pretty sure I just upset everyone that wasn't upset by the OP

I've never thought the Ruger semi-autos were aesthetically pleasing; too bulky blocky and too something. I don't like anything cheap, and I shun "gangsta" guns.

The only gun I wouldn't have is one that is unreliable and/or inherently inaccurate. If it goes bang and doesn't have some defect that causes it to be wildly inaccurate, I can live with it. It may not be my first choice, but I'd certainly prefer it to no gun at all.

That's why I don't understand all the hate for the Hi-Point. They are generally reliable and accurate enough for self defense. If you want to rag on a gun, at least pick one that has a truly miserable reliability record.

And to claim hatred for a person because they have a different opinion from yours, especially about something as trivial as an opinion about a gun is probably evidence of need for psychotherapy of some kind.

1.)Hi Point UGLY award might be affordable and might be reliable but god damn are they oooooooogly!
2.) GLOCKS SAME AS ABOVE. might be one of the most affordable and most reliable (questionable) for the money but that grip is the worst I ever felt,It's a damn ugly gun, and it has just as many reliability issues as other pistols, just that the Glock owners refuse to accept it,they just like to bash all the other makes! the Glock still doesn't come close to the reliability record of the famed 1911 one world war and how many world conflicts, whats the Glock got!

I can't stand Super Redhawks, the Redhawk is so much more graceful and more attractive.

Ah, the Super Redhawk. Back in '89 I bought one and it was my very first revolver. Got to admidt that 20 years ago it turned quit a few heads just because of it's looks. Sorry but I have to put this on my list of favorites and one of these days I'll get me another one.
Now for guns I dislike....not really sure because I've never really had any junk guns before but I would have to say Jennings and any other pot metal pistol.

I'm not a fan of snubby wheelguns in ungodly calibers -- ie. 454 casull or 500 mag  maybe if I had tree trunks for wrists but not w/ the ones issued to me! ALSO, not a fan of anything Taurus. I've had 2 (one wheelgun and one semi auto) and both were crap!

Caution possible hi-jack in progress!

Its not the GUNs i hate its the stupid owners of guns...

Glock fan boys... I could barf (i see one more "mud test" post... i swear)

Ignorant Owners... I watched 2 guys buy Matching SS/OD XD 9mm... (stupidest thing I've ever seen)

Then to top it all off then he handled the gun
1.) POINTED it @ the CLERK!
2.) HELD IT SIDEWAYS!

Lastly people that cut down happy gun owners...
I saw a guy looking @ a FN2000 Carbine to have some fat stupid guy call it a "N_____ drive by gun... then stated if it was a .223 it would be better... it is a .223...

I had a clerk mock my girlfriends selection of a Taurus 94 4" blued revolver calling it junk... I told him I didn't care because if its what makes her happy and that's what she wants to shoot that's what I'd buy... (talked to the manager too. for what that's worth)

If a fellow shooter is happy bite you tongue and keep your opinions to yourself please.

Hi-Points? Its a love hate thing? I mean c'mon that's the ugliest melted GI Joe gun to ever be created... But hey they work and there cheap. That's what some people want.

Derringer

I had a .22mag derringer with an obnoxiously hard trigger pull, and it was horribly loud even with double ear protection - I'd have hated to have to actually use it off the range. Concealability was it's ONLY positive.Good riddance.

I dislike any Gun that's pointed at me and I dislike the person holding it.

Other than that I am not a fan of any gun with a lock.

There are a lot of guns I would not own but its mostly due to the cost and the makers false sense of self worth they apply to their product.

Glocks, they Ugly, I cant add High points cause they dont pretend to be anything but Ugly. also hate derringers, usless piece of crap. Sig Mosquito, They make such wonderful guns, what happened? :D

Any of the current crop, or past crop for that matter, of "plastic" gang banger wannabe's. Buy American blued steel and wood. Rodfac (I did find a H&K USP .40 that shot like a dream, almost liked it....but gave it to a friend for his off duty piece in a near-by city.)
