GRIP ANGLE real problem or individual choice?

Unlike the shotgun the handguns angle is easily adjusted by the wrist.

Man you gotta argue the other side of the shotgun debate. just a little training and you can break clays with one that doesn't fit quite right. The Browning auto-5 will play the roll of the Glock. Some people can switch back and forth between it and other guns.I throw it up to my shoulder and I don't see the bead all I see is that big squareback. Just a little shift of the head and there it is. It'll cost me a couple targets a round. I would get rid of it or not shoot it but it was a gift from grandpa.

I can break clays as well as dove with my 1100. I just don't have the experience to discuss fitted vs non fitted.

The shotty involves the head, shoulder and arms. Seems harder to adjust with so many things in play. May be wrong but I just don't know sorry.

I bet if you did use that old browning a bit your eye would be looking down at the bead every time.

somehow I think a vehicle was maybe involved some how  and you ever think of seat belts they keep you from falling out .
Falling out was sorta the whole point. :)

I agree for the most part here, and it does go along the same lines as the grip angle thing. An ill fitting long gun does have some different issues though.

Shotguns do involve more so the adjustments are smaller. Dedicating myself to shooting the Brownings is a similar problem to the Glock. It would mean I'm not shooting my Remington peerless or dad's handmedown Benelli.

I rented a beretta for my son and we shot some 5 stand. My 1100 was malfunctioning because I bought 7/8oz shot w/ like 3 drams of powder way to weak to cycle my action. I shot the beretta with my boy and broke 23 clays. I usually break between 20-25* clays with my Remington.

Never looked to see if the beretta and Remington are similar in fit though. If they are very different then maybe it doesn't matter as much as they say. Definitely didn't feel like that hump back monster browning LOL.

* yes I shot a perfect score with my 1100 once. Earned a genuine silver dollar as a gift. The ranges name is Silver Dollar so its a cool little deal.
