First gun that was actually yours

First one here that was really mine was a .410 pump action shotgun. Dad rolled up in the driveway the car, and for some reason he wanted me to come look in the trunk. Well here was this shotgun, in the box - I can't even remember the brand, I was about 11 or 12.

First one with my own money, was a Marlin 30-30 lever action.

I sold them both at the same time to put food on the table for the family. Lord knows I miss them both. Now I'm working on replacing them - there's been much better times since then.

First handgun was a Taurus P92 (Baretta-alike).

Unfortunately, the "family" .22 is going to my sister as inheritance (If we can find it - dad kinda left things a mess in the basement), but that's ok, because I got the best of the guns. Walther P38 from WWII and a model M98 Mauser - same vintage.
