I guess I will get some grief on this one but none of the ones in the poll for me. I've never tried the M&P and for some reason Glocks don't suit me. My favorite is the S&W SW9 and it's .40 cal cousin. I have each and they both function perfectly and are effective as far as I would need them to be. The SW doesn't weigh much and is small enough to carry small of the back as I prefer. I have others but for general carry and home defense that's the one for me.
M&P 40 Pro, shoots so smooth it feels like a 9! I'm really not a huge .40 fan, it's actually the only one I own. I think if S&W made a mid sized M&P it might replace my G19
It points perfectly for me, I love the grip angle. The M&P9c that I had felt like it would slip out of my hand whilst firing. The Glock 17/19 just locks perfectly into my mitt.
It is the original and I think the best option for me.
Howdy - post #2 for me. I have a Glock 26, a Sig P228 and P320, all in 9mm. The P320 in the "Carry" size. They all carry well on the hip, though the stock P320 Kydex holster sucks. The 26 will ankle carry, the Sigs will not.
From a form factor standpoint, as well as aesthetics, the P320 wins hands down, IMO. The P228 is beautiful and the Glock is buttugly.
Of all 3, so far I think my P228 is the preferred concealed carry, in terms of accuracy. The P320 has a 2 shot advantage (I think). After 15 years of carrying my P228, I have been carrying the P320 for 2 months and don't have nearly the rounds the P228 has through it.
The P228 definitely has the win on SA trigger feel. The P320 has a better DA pull though. I am still working on finding the right "trigger feel".
