Favorite .45?

I'd have to say my H&K Tactical. I also like my Sig 220. Both are terrific guns. I have a Glock 21 that is dead on...I just don't like having to adjust to the trigger each time I shoot it.

My favorite out of all the .45's I've owned before would have to go to the Glock G30. I like Joe Klug's CZ 97B a lot though. I hope to add one to my collection soon. :D

My favorite .45 is my (currently) only .45, a *&* Model 25 made in the early 1970s. Seeing how .45 is the most underrepresented caliber in my collection, I ordered a Springfield Loaded Standard which should be in my hands on Thursday.

Norinco 1911A1

My Norinco 1911A1 which was tuned and put together by Marianne Carniak in Troy, MI. She operates the Accurizer Shop and Marianne is good. Regards, Richard

My favorite was an early Round top Series 80 Stainless Steel Colt Govenment Model. Something managed to get in my head that I needed one of their new at the time" Enhanced" models.
Man I hate it when I do stupid stuff like that.
That particular Colt Enhanced 45 was the only real piece of crap 1911 I ever used to own. Live and learn !!!
:(

I here so much about the G30 that I may have to add it to my collection. But, I also hear great things about the Springfield 1911 A1 fullsize...

I havent managed to shoot either one as of yet but when I do I will make my decision!

Between you and me... go for the a glock... you will never be disappointed!

Good shooting with which ever handgun you decide to choose!

Taurus PT-145

Before today, I would have said the Glock 30 without reservation!! That was before I shot the Taurus PT-145!!! I have traded my G30 for this gun!!!! It might be ergonomics, but I shoot this gun better than the G30!!!!!!!

As much as I love the feel and look of my brand new Springfield 1911A1 "Loaded" stainless model, I would choose my "shot up" HK USPf 45 that I purchased used, as my favorite .45. It is utterly reliable and accurate, and the recoil very tame. I would trust the HK over the Springfield to function flawlessly in almost any condition. I just wish the grip were less blocky-feeling, but that's a minor gripe.
