As the title says which is youre dream wheelgun. That you wish you owned or own.

Maker ( any maker)
Model (any)
Barrel length (any full lug half lug ported or custom whatever applies)
Finish (any blued, nickel,ss,gold plated or whatever applies)
Sights (any )
Grips (wood or rubber with finger grooves or not type of wood)
Caliber (any)

Mine is a s&w model 586 (blued) stock sights 4" with combat grips.( ithink thats what they are called)

Pics are always nice and try and be as detailed as possible.

Mine is the 629-5 Mountain Backpacker. I searched for my Holy Grail Gun for nearly 8 years. I found it in North Carolina. I then found it's twin in Texas. The first is pictured, and it's twin is identical except it wears Ivory Combat Grips.

S&W 13 or 65 with a 3" barrel, both pretty rare. The 65 is the stainlles variant of the 13, which was the FBI sidearm in I believe the 80's.

Canon-Ayoob S&W 686 .357magnum....

If any dream revolver is available, Id want a new unfired S&W 4" L frame .357magnum with the Canon-Ayoob package.

MT gunsmith Andy Canon past away but the custom design he produced with gun writer & tactics instructor Massad Ayoob was top notch.
The custom L frame was R&Ded for duty or protection in the late 1980s. :D

They are rare & worth owning if you could even find a used one.

My current dream hand gun is a S&W 696 44 special. That 5 shot 44 on an L frame looks good. I have seen them on gun broker just not at a price I can afford.

Ruger
Double Action
shrouded hammer ("hammerless")
44 mag
5-shot
Short barrel ("snubbie")

Basically a hybrid between the LCR and Super Redhawk Alaskan.
Id buy it immediately!!!

Well, this is sort of mine:

Colt New Frontier, 5 1/2" barrel (would have preferred 4 3/4") Eliason sights. Down the line: stag grips.

No, wait a minute. Must be this Ruger New Model Super Blackhawk .44 Magnum, 7 1/2" barrel, case hardened by Doug Turnbull, Bolivian rosewood grips by Lett:

Or, it could be this Three Screw Ruger Super Blackhawk, 7 1/2" barrel, case hardened by Doug Turnbull, walnut grips by CaryC:

Still looking for a Rossi 720

Hard to find in California. People that own them are very stubborn about giving them up.

Dream would be a K32 Masterpiece to go along with K22 (and I am currently looking at a K38) to complete the Holy Trinity of S&W K frame target revolvers

A 3" S&W K frame model 12. I don't know if they have ever made one but I think it would be awesome. I shoot K frames like a laser but the weight keeps me from carrying my 3" 65.

I really wanted a Ruger GP100. Fortunately, they are easy to get and I found a new one at my local gun shop, so I bought it. It is hands down my favorite gun.

Dream Gun

I've always wanted a Ruger Super Blackhawk with a barrel longer than 10.5... maybe in the 12.5-14in range. After changing out the grip frame, hammer, trigger, and cutting a little more of the 16in barrel on this SBH Bisley.... i'll finally have one.

I'd love a korth combat .357. But, I can't actually imagine ever having that kind of money to put into a gun.
My budget dream gun was a 4" gp100 and I have that.

Well, I have some other ones which are quite nice, but I recently had a dream where I was carrying this one. Does that count as a "dream revolver"? :D

I have two of these 3" GP100s and love them both. Great shooters.

I have a number of handguns but my "dream gun" . . . and who says that "dreams can't come true" is my S & W pre 10 M & P - 38 spl. - blued with 5" barrel - standard sights. The funny thing is, I didn't know it until the first time I handled it and then fired it.

I love the 38 spl. above all else. I didn't even plan on buying this pre-10. I went to look at another Smith (Mod 19) that the gun shop had listed. If it was good, I was prepared to buy it. When I got there, they couldn't find it but my eye was caught by a pre 15 Combat Masterpiece and the pre 10. They both came home with me after a little horse trading. I like the Combat Masterpiece but thee is just something about the 5" pre-10. Feels like butter in my hands and is just a pleasure to shoot.

Different strokes for different folks but it's like women . . . when you find the right one . . . you just know it.
