I think some posting here are unaware of the range of products used to 'simulate full auto fire.'

This site shows just a few current products. There are others. To ban all of these items a fair number of unrelated products, such as adjustable aftermarket triggers as mentioned, would likely fall under the ban.
It isn't a slippery slope. It is a cliff.
Bump stocks are probably the most impractical of all the systems. In some models one can lock the stock for normal use at range and unlock for close proximity use.
