Couldn't resist voting for the CZ. You'd have to spend a whole lot of cash more to get a 9 AS GOOD!

Dont know what your going to use it for, so it make a recommendation hard. But the CZ-75 or 85 are good choices so are the Beretta 9MM's. Then there are the ruger P series.
Want to spend more, then you could go with the Sig or the BP Hi Power or the HK USP or,
