I practically never post a non-serious response on any forum, but since all the valid physiological reasons were covered in the 2010 responses I have one reason you might want to carry SOB that didn't exist in 2010:

It just looked so bad a** when Boyd Crowder did it with his Beretta 92 in "Justified"!

cc-, I guess Boyd carried two of those 92s.

I just watched the 3rd-to-last show of the series and while Boyd put a Model 92 into his rear-ish carry location, Ava came up behind him and pulled a 92 Compact from that location. And then we all know what happened to Boyd.

I have both so I know the difference in looks around the muzzle, full size M92 versus 92 Compact.

Retro thread with nothing new and silly responses the restarter of the thread.

That carry is not recommended by any modern expert for normal carry. That's the answer.
