Your Most Expensive And Least Expensive Every Day Carry PISTOL.

Hmmm the G19 was only $400 NIB (Mil/LE discount is great) and the Colt Combat Target Model was $1250 after all the work was done to it.

Here be mine:

Most expensive - Wilson Combat CQB with ~100K rounds through it ($1800 years ago)

Least expensive - NAA mini revolver (carried in back pocket holster) ($150)

Well, talking new price if I walked into my local gunshop, and guns I actually carry (as opposed to those I have for other uses) . . .

Most: Rohrbaugh R9.

Least: Steyr S9.

I actually carry my Para 12.45 LDA or my 642 more than either of the above, but they do have their place and do get carried every week or two.

Least is a $239.00 Keltec 9mm, excellent accuracy for a small pistol ( 2 1/2 inch 5 shot group 50 feet ) 100% reliable with 12 different kinds of factory hollowpoints I've tried to date. Most expensive $1200.00 Kimber custom shop 1 0f 1000 45 acp. I usually carry the 45 in the winter or one of my Sig 40's or my SW99 in 40 S&W, and my Keltec in the summer when concealment is more of a problem like walking on the beach.

My most expensive carry gun is a Dan Wesson CBOB.

The least expensive is a Smith & Wesson M&P 340.

That's a difference in price of about $250, going by the MSRP.

All of my pistols are available for carry.

Least expensive: AMT Backup 45. Paid $340.

Most expensive: P14 45. Paid $700.

The rest of my handguns are mid-range $400-$500 (Glock 21, XD45, P12-45).

Most expensive - Springfield XD40 - Currently out of carry rotation due to oddball slide lock issue I experienced at the range. Probably the fault of either a dirty or mis-seated mag, but it happened twice. Enough to make me stop and think. I didn't have enough time to thoroughly diagnose it last range trip, next time I'll do some more testing.

Least expensive - Taurus Millennium PT140 Pro - Dead on reliable, never malfunctioned on me, even when shooting it in crazy conditions. (Dead cold, during pouring rain, crappy and great ammo.)

My Walther P22 should have the honor of "least expensive gun ever carried daily" but I overpaid for it by a long shot. The P22 cost me about 30 bucks less than my XD40 - I was uneducated, and had no clue about the worth of the gun.

Most expensive $550 Springfield XD40 with a trigger job from springer precision, after shipping it was about $200. $200 Crimson trace laser grips. Least expensive Taurus 850. About $350 :)
