Your Most Expensive And Least Expensive Every Day Carry PISTOL.

Most expensive is my 1991A1 with an overhaul of the whole gun - gun with gunsmithing and least is my Kel Tec P3AT. But there are several in between :)

Well, not to disappoint, but there is a big difference in the amount of money for the most expensive and least expensive guns I have carried. However, neither is an EDC, just guns that get carried from time to time.

In fact, I would guess that the only folks who can answer this thread have to carry at least 2 firearms everyday.;)

But anyhow, I have carried a custom Hi-Power and a bone stock Beretta Bobcat 21a .22LR on occasion. You can do the math. Neither is my edc.

I only carry one pistol regularly, a Springfield G.I. Micro Compact.

About once a month I will carry my '71 High Power, or Stainless Kimber.

My primary gun is an HK P7M8 that I overpaid for because I always wanted one and it had been discontinued and it was the last one in three surrounding counties forever and ever and they would never get more...

My other carry gun is an old Taurus Model 85 with well-worn blueing and a cylinder that locks up like a canvas door on a Jeep. It doesn't spit, though, and it shoots surprisingly neat groups.

Most: Kimber Ultra Carry II Stainless

Least: RIA Tactical 5"

My bug is actually the most expensive, but only because Jim White did the engraving.

Out of true EDC guns, I have a tie between my Taurus 85 SS Ultralight and Ruger LCP, as they were bought within a couple dollars of each other. I think after taxes one was $335 and the other was $340. Weather, dress, and daily activities don't always allow me to carry one of my XD's so I don't consider them EDC guns.

Most - customized 9mm S&W Model 360 snubby, $1100+ once it was all done.
Least - Kel-tec P3AT, which I still carry from time to time, around $250

SilentHitz-
Your snubby looks great, very nice work.

Here's a pic of mine-

Most expensive: Walther PPS 9mm @ $650.00

Least expensive: Kel-Tec P3AT @ $269.99

Both are absolutely reliable but the Walther PPS is accurate beyond belief while the Kel-Tec is a typical 'close range' pistol.

My most expensive was the MR Micro Eagle, my least is my SP101 that I got a screamin deal on :D That's all about to change as soon as I find THE 1911 for me. This money is burnin a hole in my pocket :D

my EDC is / was mid priced, I bought it used from a forum member, a S&W Air Lite L frame 5 shot 44 special all others are occasional carry guns...

most... FN 5.7 with tac light ( about $1,000.00 as is )
least would be tied between... S&W Ait Weight J Frame in 32 H&R magnum ( about $325 at time of purchase ) & a NAA engraved "snake eyes" mini in 22 lr about the same price, but included a matching poker set ( that I don't carry ;) )

XD40 sub compact primary and NAA .380 backup. I see no reason to carry anything more costly because if you have to defend yourself by firing the CCW it will be confiscated along with your backup and they might not be returned until the investigation is complete. Could be years and evidence sometimes disappears
