your first...?

Glock 21 in OD Green. I like to see who got what first, I think by loooking at peoples first guns you can guess a general age group.

JC Higgins model 103.18 when I was about 7 years old.

Take your best shot. :D

Mine was an old Winchester .22 bolt action single shot that my dad had traded something for when he was 17 years old. That was 76 years ago. I still have that old gun. It was used when he got it.

My first gun ever was a mossberg 500 clone, a mag 88. It was my 18th birthday present and I still have it. Its an amazing gun

My first pistol was a Davis. 380 that I paid $50 for. I don't have it anymore, thank God. Worst $50 I ever spent.

Revolver

My first gun was a Taurus revolver in stainless with a 4 inch barrel. I was working at a prison at the time and did not make much. It was all I could afford but it was fun to shoot and worked well.

my first

JC Higgins single shot manually cocked .22 rifle. Still have it!:)

Did lots of raccoon and skunk hunting as well as crows.

Mine was a Westernfield (remember those?) .22 bolt-action single shot I got when I was eight.

I think one of my brother's sons still has it; I should find out. I passed it on when I got a lever .22 a few years later.

A list of first.

Totaly mine first gun. (Gifted from Grampa) A Ruger 10/22 I was 5 or 6.
First hunting rifle (Gifted from Grampa because I shot my first deer with it) Model 1903 Springfield with aperature sight chambered in 30/06 Springfield. I was 7
First shot gun (Gifted from Dad) Mosberg Pump .410 Ga. I was 12
First handgun (Gifted from Grampa) Surplus WWII GI 1911 customized I was 12
First purchased shot gun Remington 870 Wing Master I was 19
First purchased rifle Egyptian SKS I was 19 It was too cheap to pass up, and I knew it was kinda rare in the States
First Handgun purchased I bought 3 at the same time all were Gen 3 S&W Semi Autos in DA/SA with black matte finish. I sold 2 for nearly twice what I paid for all 3 of them. The third one is now in my stepmom's purse.

I still own all except for the ones I listed that I sold. I have purchased more in the following years, and inherited Grampa's collection. I would not part with any of them unless the price was at least 4 times market value.:p (Grampa would haunt me if I turned down too good of an offer to sell one of the more common ones that there are multiples of.)

The first that was all mine was my HK USP Compact 9mm, I bought myself for my 21st birthday....still have it 13yrs later and it's still my favorite handgun I own. ;)

Gift - When I was around 14 y.o., Mossberg A100 or 100A (not sure) .308 w/ scope. Deer rifle that my Dad gave me. I'm not a deer hunter, traded it for a Ruger 10/22. Wish I still had the Mossberg and the Ruger:(

Purchase - Browning Buckmark slabside made in the early '90's.

Taurus steel 85 15-20 years ago ... still own it, still shoots perfectly, rides along in my glovebox whereever I go ....

INI 38 special. It was a knock-off of a S&W Chief's special, but instead of the S&W logo, it had a little stamped tiger.

First ever gun was a Daisy air rifle, circa 1982, can't recall the model. First ever handgun, with which I learned all of the basics of handgun shooting, another Daisy, the model 188. First actual firearm...what else? Ruger Single Six.
