Will Charter Arms Ever Actually Manufacture

I am interested in seeing if the after-market moon-clips for the 905 are of better quality (the native ones that come with the 905 look quite flimsy).

Yes, the aftermarket ones are way better quality, I ordered some from Ranch Products and they are way more sturdy and less likely to tweak and bend like the Taurus Stellar clips. I did however have to just barely touch some of them with a dremel for clearance of the ejector.
There is also a couple companies that offer loaded moonclip carriers, that hold the rounds secure and protect the clip itself as well. I like carrying my 905 and just throwing in a reload in my front pocket. You can't do that with out the carriers. My 905 has been a great revolver, and 9mm is great for short barrels!
Good luck!

I don't know what the fuss is about on 5-shot moonclips, as the ones that fit the S&W 940 will work on the little Taurus and also any guns on those frames that have been cut for 9mm.

On certain J-sized frames from Taurus and Smith in .38 and .357, the cylinders can be cut for 9mm's. I'd just get an extra and have it done if I wanted it.

If it was supposed to be released in 2009 then it was probably developed a couple years before that. No one could have predicted what happened after the last election OR been able to get loans to prepare a firearms manufacturing business for it. If demand for your product is outstripping your ability to produce you don't slow things down to put out a new untested product.

Can't wait for a few of these to get out on the market and tested so I can see which brand works best and buy one.

I have a Charter 357 Magpug and a 44 spl. Bulldog I'd like to have the 45acp Revolver that Charter has been working on...
