I have both a Glock 21 and 30 as well as a Colt gold cup. The 30 is my carry gun with occasional carry of the Glock 21. The colt is my main target gun.
Quite honestly, I have little or no experience with those pistols. Little with the G21 and none with the rest. With that admission out of the way, and from the given list of pistols, I like the FNX-45. It's hard to argue with 15 rounds of 230 Grain Goodness.
Of your choices I'd go with the FNX. If the CZ held more than 10+1 I would go for that. What I did go for, for MY first .45 was the SAR K2. CZ type action with a 14+1 capacity. Been great for me through about 500 rounds so far.
I know, I know. It's not on the OP's list. It should be though. High capacity kinda CZ.
A few years ago I let a good friend talk me out of my G21 and replaced it with the FNX-45 and could not be happier. Its a smooth shooter with great cap (15+1) and I like the ability to carry it either hammer down or condition one. Its also the one I carry when I fill in at my LGS when they need a little help and performs home defense duty's when at home.
I'd say CZ, all the way.
If the CZ doesn't fit your hand, get the FN.
I bought a CZ97b back when they were $650, and it shoots like a way more expensive gun. After I got the CZ, I sold all my 1911s in .45. I kept my 10mm models.
Mine's kind of a range toy, but it will go bang just fine, whatever the demand.
So what we're looking at is your potential shopping list. There are much better 45s out there that you're depriving yourself of. The 1911 and the HK45 among others.

I would not put the HK as substantially better than any guns on this list. The OP also does not appear to want a single stack, judging from the choices.
If those were my two main considerations, and I was limited to this list, I'd go with the Glock 41. Your description precludes a carry role for it, so the extra length isn't a hindrance to sitting in a car or desk. The extra length would probably also make for a nice 10mm conversion barrel velocity.
I have shorter-than-average fingers on average sized palms = awkward reach to trigger face for many guns.
I LOVE the CZ97B, until I try to fire it in DA mode- and then the trigger reach gets me down. As does the reach for the thumb safety. Both require me to shift my grip to actuate, and then shift back for SA firing.
I haven't felt the FN, as I can't buy it here anyway [California].
As for the Glock G21, I would have to have the G21SF, as I am in California and can't get the Gen 4. However, the main advantage of the G21 over the G41 is the ability to carry it on the hip- and that is NOT one of your stated uses. Thus, I'd trade the G21 away for a longer sight radius and more velocity out of the G41.
