What's Your "Go To War" Pistol?

Thats hilarious^^^
You are joking, right?
What's to joke about? a war ensues, I am stuck with a airsoft gun,(not to mention a pocket knife) a guy(In this example, a bad guy) walks by, I shoot him in the eye with the airsoft gun, he drops gun, next thing you know, I am armed with a real gun, though in a war scenario, my dad would probably get the gun.:(

USGI 1911a1 and Hard Ball, worked for me when I was a young man going to war, so no reason why it wouldn't work again.

In 1968 the answer was my Browning Hi Power. Today it would probably be my Glock 23.
Love my 1911's but then as now, I want to be able to send a maximum number of rounds North, while I am travelling South.

FN P9 great weapon, simple takedown and I can use the issued NATO ammo. Though in reality I was stuck with a Beretta M9 that shot a foot low and 6" left at 25m lol.

I would have to say XD9. It has the most rounds through it with the most reliability. I have not been able to put many rounds through my 92FS yet. So I wouldn't be staking my life on a gun that has not yet been able to prove itself reliable (mine specifically, not the 92 in general).

Any glock, I'd just reach in my safe and grab one. Never had a single problem with any of them. Love my other guns to but I'd trust my glocks more in a enviorment where they might have to keep going and going and going with no maintenance.

My Ruger P89 - it has been 100% reliable for years, and in the off chance it has a catastrophic failure, I can rest assured that hitting someone over the head with it will result in nearly instantaneous concussion and possible death.

Without doubt... My Glock 27 with a spare 15 rounder.
Its a easy owb carry with loads of power in a small good shooting package.
I'd also take along a aftermarket 9mm barrel with 10 and 19 round magazines for flexibility.

If I'm going to war, I'm going in style - I'll either bring my STI 2011 .45 or my EAA Stock 10mm, provided I have enough ammo for it.

Glocks are for peons.:D:D:D
